1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features of LeafCart (e.g. order tracking, wishlist, checkout histories), you must create a registered account.

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration details.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. We verify emails using custom OTP processes to reduce unauthorized profile usage.
  • You must immediately notify us of any security breach or unauthorized access to your account.

3. Purchase & Payments

All purchases made on LeafCart are subject to our pricing terms and policies:

  • Pricing: All catalog prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of standard local taxes unless declared otherwise.
  • COD Payments: We currently support Cash on Delivery (COD) as our primary payment method. Under COD, you agree to pay the delivery personnel in cash upon physical receipt of products.
  • Shipping: Free shipping is provided automatically on all shop orders valued above ₹999. Orders below ₹999 are charged a nominal shipping cost of ₹99.

4. Prohibited Uses

When using LeafCart Shop, you agree not to:

  • Engage in duplicate account creation, fake reviews, or spam verification actions.
  • Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or query database records of categories, variants, and catalog tables.
  • Interfere with checkouts, routing, email alerts, or general server operations.

5. Limitation of Liability

LeafCart Shop, its developers, and affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this clothing shopping platform.

6. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to alter, pause, or terminate service availability, pricing structures, shipping rules, or policy terms at any time without notice. Your continued use of the platform constitutes agreement to updated terms.
